Maine Handicapped Skiing (MHS) is about excitement, challenges and fun. Hundreds of people with physical disabilities participate in adaptive sports year-round at MHS; learning new skills, making friends and developing self-confidence.

In the winter MHS provides free lessons in alpine and nordic skiing, snowboarding and snowshoeing at four ski resorts: Sunday River, Sugarloaf, Sunday River Cross Country Ski Center and Pineland Farms. In the summer MHS provides lessons in golf, cycling and paddling at locations throughout Maine.

Over 400 volunteers donate their time and expertise to help make dreams come true for people with physical disabilities.

MHS's mission is to promote year-round education and training for individuals with physical disabilities in order to develop skills and provide enjoyment through active recreation.  MHS is a 501 ( c ) 3 non-profit organization.

The official Seacoast Ski Club Team is made up of Phil Decker (team captain), Rachel Abrams, Lisa Cote, Carol Stevens, and Jill Montoni.  Please give them your support!
